Three Course Menu

Posted by Cassy on November 28, 2007

3CourseMenuIt is FINALLY over!

Yes, The dreaded FRiDAY’s 3 Course Menu. Appetizer, Entree and Dessert, all for $12.99. I admit, before I worked at FRiDAY’S, I ordered this once. ONCE.

This brings in the lowest of the low. The worst – when people find ad’s for it in their papers, and bring it in thinking it’s a coupon. Those are always the scraglers. The white trash in sweatpants stained with who-knows-what and dandruff filled hair. I cringe every time I approach these tables. They make me feel like I have to take a long hot shower after work.

There is a slight swell of pride in my chest, when someone demands our 3 course menu, and I get to tell them…

“Oh Miss, I am SO SORRY! The 3 Course Menu Promotion Ended Last week! Would you like to add a caeser salad or a cup of French Onion Soup to your meal tonight?”

Adieu, 3 Course Menu.

I know we will meet again, and I will continue to fight you.

I am sooo glad that is over! now if we can just get rid of the stupid wine promotion. Is it really necessary to ask them after the appetizer and before the entree if they would like a chardoney? I mean c’mon, I’m in Ohio and our clientele isn’t exactly the wine set. I so hoped I don’t get shopped… but love the rita shakers, want to take one home!
