		<description>We just lost our GM to another store, on the other side of the country, and I&#039;m not happy about it.  Sure, he&#039;s getting a 15000 a year pay bump, but I&#039;m losing the manager that backed me up on EVERYTHING.  It&#039;s gonna be another long transition, just like when he came.  
Oh well, at least he&#039;ll be makin great cash.
